EVERDE I’M HUSTLIN’

smoky, sweet, tart, tangy, and spicy. that’s probably the best way to describe this sauce without boring you to death. This “green sauce” is deceitful in many ways. it’s thicker than your typical verde sauce, and packs a lot of spicy and heat. it’s a real creeper. while you’re enjoying the nice mellow smoky sweetness of the tomatillos and garlic, the heat from the peppers starts to escalate, leading to the perfect finish with the herbacious flavor of cilantro and tart lime. the true epitome of a sweet heat. the everde i‘m hustlin’ never fails to leave you longing for more.

PEACHY KEEN

Not the hottest sauce in the world but packs a slight punch. The Peachy Keen is the perfect spicy blend of smoked morita peppers, habaŇeros, and serranos that come together with smoked texas peaches and chipotle peppers in adobe to give this sauce a nice little smoky kick. it’ll hit you with a blast of heat straight away but then mellows out quickly to bring it all together for a lingering medium heat level. we haven’t met a dish it doesn’t pair well with yet.

a mellower spicy sauce if that even makes sense. loaded with smoked habaňeros, garlic, carrots, and jumbo texas sweet onions as well as a few fresh habs just for fun. this sauce will entice you with it’s up front sweetness and then kick you in the teeth with a lingering heat. Kind of like the last guest at your party that just won’t get the Fvck out. except with this, you’ll want it to stick around. go ahead, throw it on anything your little heart desires.

a sh*tload of habaňeros and garlic go into this majestic sauce. the added juice from hand squeezed texas early oranges and persian limes give this sauce a little relief from the heat of the smoked habaňeros and garlic. with it’s signature concoction of just the right spices in the mix, the disclaimer will hurt then leave you wanting more. pretty much like the worst relationship you’ve ever had. except it won’t burn your belongings or blast you on social media.

REDNECK REAPER

well, you asked for it. don’t say we didn’t warn you cause this sauce definitely has a little heat. we’ve smoked carolina reapers, texas sweet onions, and garlic, blended with some fresh squeezed citruses, a splash of vinegar, our smoked spices, and a little carolina reaper powder from our friends at Wise acres farm to give y‘all this hot as hell, straight forward hot sauce that brings huge flavor and a bit of hurt to y’all gluttons. plus, look at this redneck, he got a purtyy mouth ain’t he?

The Mad Cow

WHEN IT COMES TO STEAK SAUCE WE TYPICALLY DON’T FXCK AROUND WITH IT. BUT, WE GREW TIRED OF PEOPLE USING THAT WEAK STEAK SAUCE THAT WE ARE ALL TO FAMILIAR WITH SO WE WANTED TO TAKE THAT AND KICK IT UP A NOTCH (OR SEVEN). WE TOOK THE METAPHORICAL BULL BY THE HORNS, SHOVED SOME SMOKED HABANEROS + SERRANOS, DRIED HATCH CHILES, ALONG WITH OUR SMOKED SPICES AND CAME UP WITH THIS BEAST OF A SPICY “STEAK SAUCE”. IT FIRST COMES ON SWEET THEN THE HEAT KICKS IN AND LINGERS. IT’S A PERFECT SUBSTITUTE FOR THAT GENERIC ALPHA-NUMERIC SAUCE YOUR GRADMA USED TO USE. SPICY. SWEET. SMOKY. THE PERFECT TRINITY.
