Our goal is to provide the most well-balanced, smoky, and spicy hot sauces available by sourcing and hand crafting small batches of fresh, local, dallas based farms into the best sauces and spices you can get your hands on.

our vision is clear. we want to produce amazing sauces that add a level and depth and flavor to whatever use you want to use them for. we don’t want to be a huge company. we want to stay small, creating craft sauces with unique depths of flavor, and continue to have our hands throughout every step of the process. we search everywhere to find the best local produce around the North Texas area. whether that be picking straight from our own organic garden to partnering with an awesome local farm. We personally take the time to go and inspect and hand select our ingredients to ensure our sauces and spices truly are FXcking hot and tasty!
Our Process
Slow and steady. Each of our ingredients are smoked low and slow over time to ensure we’re imparting the best flavor profiles to each and every thing that we make. whether that be taking 12 hours to smoke some peppers, or 24 to smoke our spices. we take the time to make it right.

my little community pepper patch in the front is having some fun. the bees are happy, the ladybugs are still out and about, and a bonus is that taking up space out front with more veggies means less mowing for me. some fall veggies (english peas and brussel sprouts) have been transplanted and have rooted with another box to fill with spaghetti squash transplants, carrots (direct sowing), and broccoli transplants. going to be a good fall/winter.
